Fright Nights at the PNE

Fright Nights at the PNE is the biggest haunt in the province, with popular haunted houses, attractions and entertainment like ‘Carn-Evil’, ‘Haunted Mansion’, ‘The Bloodshed’ and ‘Keepers Doll Factory’. Fright Nights at the PNE is a family-friendly event, but only for children 13 years old and up.
Tickets are on sale as of October 3rd, and the events run from October 3-31. Note that lines for rides and attractions will build as the night progresses, so it’s best to arrive early.

Grave Tales in Fort Langley
Grave Tales is a guided tour through the Fort Langley Historic Site filled with history and mystery. An experienced guide will walk you through the long-forgotten secrets of the dead that used to walk the grounds.
Tickets are on sale as of September 19th. There are numerous different tours available for booking starting at $24, including Youth Grave Tales for kids 8 and older.

Pumpkins After Dark
Pumpkins After Dark is an award-winning outdoor Halloween event in Burnaby featuring over 10,000 hand-carved pumpkins, music, and a walk-through experience filled with classic Halloween characters.
Pumpkins After Dark runs from October 3-31 starting at 7pm, and is a family-friendly event. Pricing varies depending on the date and time slot of your choice. You can also purchase VIP tickets, which include access to the Monster Maze and a free gift.

DreadWorlds Realm of Horror
DreadWorlds Realm of Horror is a one-hour immersive, full-sensory horror experience. The fear will surround you, from spooky visuals plus sound, scent and touch. There are three different doors to enter for the freight of your choice, including ‘Pumpkinface’, ‘Steamboat Willie’, and ‘Hive’.
Tickets for this event are expected to sell out, being the most affordable haunted attraction in BC. General admission starts at $39.95.

Maan Farms Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze

Fall at the Farm is a festive daytime Halloween event filled with family fun. The first of its kind in Canada, Maan Farms features a ‘Forest Pumpkin Patch’, plus over a dozen awesome photo ops and 11 attractions including ‘Barnyard Adventure’ and ‘Dinosaur Den’.
Fall at the Farm runs from September 13 through November 2. Tickets start at $16.50, with different prices for various days of the week and events. You can even bring your dog on select days!

Reaper’s Haunted Attraction
Reapers Haunted Attraction is home of the Reapers Maze of Terror, with its spooky corridors and haunted, supernatural experiences. You’ll also find the Reapers Haunted Corn Maze, where sinister creatures hide in the shadows, ready to awake your deepest fears.
Tickets are available for $30 each on Thursdays and $35 each on Friday through Sunday. The festivities run from 7-10pm until November 1st.

Alouette Cemetery
Alouette Cemetery is a haunted Halloween display put on by the Canadian Haunters Association and voted best haunt in Canada. Experience hand-crafted skeletons, tombstones and spooky Halloween characters – everything is homemade.
This event runs throughout October from 6-10pm. Alouette Cemetery does not require the purchase of any tickets. Instead, visitors are encouraged to donate to Katie’s Place, a volunteer-run animal shelter in Maple Ridge.

Canyon Frights at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
Canyon Frights is a lineup of festive Halloween events that take place at the Capilano Suspension Bridge in North Vancouver. The bridge and surrounding forest will be lit up, with live entertainment and spooky activities taking place throughout the park. Graveyards, creepy crawlies, skeletons and pumpkins await.
The events at Canyon Frights run from October 10 to November 2. Discounts on tickets are available for seniors, students and youth aged 6-17.

Terror at Tanglebank Estate

Terror at Tanglebank Estate is a haunted attraction in Abbotsford featuring spooky wooded trails, frightful characters, and immersive horror. Terror at Tanglebank Estate is a good scare for the whole family, so get ready to scream, laugh, and make some memories.
This haunted attraction runs from September 27 to October 30. General admission starts at $27 and ‘Family Hour’ is available for $15. For front-of-line privilege, discounts and a mocktail, ‘R.I.P. Access’ can be purchased for $55.

Vancouver Horror Show Film Festival

The Vancouver Horror Show Film Fest is a registered charity that’s been running since 2018. You can catch special screenings at Cineplex Cinemas International Village, attend panels and table reads at Vancouver Film School, and drop-in on networking events like the VHS Golden Tape Awards.
Screening passes start at $165, but you can purchase individual passes for specific screenings throughout the festival. The Vancouver Horror Show Film Fest runs from October 15-19.
