A Refreshing, Blended Pineapple Cocktail
This refreshing pineapple cocktail will have you begging for summertime. It’s pretty easy to make at home, and only requires a few ingredients that are easy to find. But you will need a blender! And preferably one that can take on ice.
It all starts with your favourite type of alcohol. Any type of rum would work well, but try subbing in vodka or tequila! Plus, we’ve got Stoli and Jose Cuervo on sale this month.
Once you’ve got your desired amount of liquor in the blender, throw in a small handful of ice. Then add a splash of lime juice and a couple spoons of coconut milk – this will make your drink nice and creamy and tropical tasting. Last but not least, you’ll need pineapple! Fresh always works best, but use juice if you can’t find any.
Blend, and enjoy!
